Its been too long!

Wow, so I definately need to stop procrastinating and just get these pictures over and done with.  It is now the very beginning of August.  I had some set backs along the way.  I think I was exercising too much and when the relatives came for Avery's reunion in the middle of July, I took some time off deep cleaning the house.  Although it was good cardio, it was not enough.  So I got back into gear with consistency and now am alternating Boot Camp 2 by Lindsay Brin and her other DVD Shed 5 Fast.  After those workouts, I do my Core Firing Sequence which focuses on of course my abs for that extra touch.  I noticed quicker results with the Boot Camp 2 DVD.  I start off with a warm up, then core exercises, then cardio tone, then cardio, and end with a cool down.  I modify what I am capable of doing.  I am also hoping that when I post this next photo I can see even more results.  I still do not weigh myself...low self-esteem issues.  I would rather see my clothes fit or be looser than to look at numbers.  I do not think I will do my first 5k this year.  The humidity has gotten bad and with my asthma...its not a good thing.  I am still planning to jog once the weather cools down a bit.  Crossing my fingers that the next pic will be even more different than the one I will post today!
