It's almost the end of August and I am making suttle but necessary changes.

So I love working out with my DVDs, but I was not sure why I was not getting the results I wanted.  So I decided to do more of my BootCamp by Lindsay Brin.  Yup that worked awesome.  Now I also decided to do more cardio and go...JOGGING!!!  I ran 1.5 miles today and I could have ran more if I wanted to.  Love that I feel great about this.
